popular questions
How do I know you can service my brand of cooktop?
Our technicians have years of experience and trained to work with all brands! We service cooktop brands including Thermador, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Bosch, GE, and more!
My cooktop won’t turn on. What do I do?
When the cooktop doesn’t work at all, it may not have electrical power. Check the house circuit breaker for the cooktop and reset the breaker if tripped. Also be sure that the power cord is properly plugged into the outlet. If you are unsure if your outlet is working, you can check by plugging in a lamp or small appliance into the electrical outlet to make sure it has power. If the outlet is dead, have an electrician repair the outlet.
Why do the spark electrodes tick constantly on my gas cooktop?
Constant ticking when you turn on the cooktop means that one of the ignition switches on the surface burner gas valves is shorted. If the ignition switches have gotten wet, let them dry out and see if the ticking goes away. If not, then you may have a failed ignition switch and should call our team for a full diagnosis.
